Scholarships are available to residents of Alberta who are currently students and continueing their education and to those residents who are returning to school to further their education.
Awards are granted based on financial need, community involvement, and leadership skills with the intent to encourage the pursuit of further education.
In
2022, Peter Elzinga Family Foundation Board of Director’s decided to turn the management and
awarding of funds over to the Edmonton Community
Foundation. As of January 2023, applications can be submitted through Hilltop
Awards and Bursaries. See link below if you wish to apply for an award from
the Peter Elzinga Family Endowment
Fund.
As of
January 2023 the Edmonton Community Foundation will administer the distribution of
funds.
